Our treatment philosophy.

We believe the best outcome for a patient – structurally, functionally, health-wise, and financially – comes from saving their original teeth wherever possible, as altering the structure of a mouth can have knock-on effects that exacerbate existing problems or create new ones.

This is not the easy option. Pursuing this challenging goal requires advanced knowledge and skills, which is why our team spend considerable time upfront developing a treatment plan that may take longer than some other options available.

We do this because our ultimate goal is to fix your issue for the long term, while reducing the likelihood of future interventions, and because everyone’s challenges are unique, this cannot be done through prescriptive treatments.

If we exhaust options for saving your original teeth and extraction or prosthetic replacements are required, we take a careful, staged approach to treatment to ensure we undertake as little invasive surgery as possible.
