• Patient with history of gastric reflux issues

• Severe generalised tooth surface loss with limited interarch prosthetic space
• High risk of further mechanical breakdown and eventual pulp (nerve) death

• Diagnostic data collection – clinical photographs, clinical xrays, diagnostic models / mounting, bite analysis and equilibration, saliva function test, dietary analysis
• Prosthodontic full arch rehabilitation with combination of composite restorations, metal and ceramic restorations
• Executed in reorganised approach at an increased occlusal vertical dimension (bite height)
